2poundbeef stew meat, cut into pieces
1/4cupflour
1teaspoonpaprika
1/2teaspoonpepper
1eachbay leaf
1eachgarlic, clove
3eachpotatoes, diced
1eachcelery stalk, sliced
2eachonions, chopped
1teaspoonsoy sauce
12ozbeef stock

Directions:

Stir mixture of flour, paprika and pepper to coat meat in a slow cooker. Stir in other ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours, or on medium heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on low heat for 10 to 12 hours. Remove garlic glove and bay leaf before serving.
