1 cn (7 oz) tuna; drained

-- optional 1/2 c Walnuts

1 Lemon's rind

1 ts Worcestershire sauce

1/4 c Chopped parsley

4 Fresh basil leaves

1/2 c Olive oil

1/2 ts Salt

1/4 ts Pepper

1 lb Penne pasta

Put tuna, walnuts, lemon rind, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, basil, oil, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender. Cover and process or blend until smooth. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Stir in tuna mixture, coating pasta with sauce. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
