Keep your fingers crossed that someone will splurge on handmade goat cheese, and don’t forget some local wine, beer or juice. Oven Tips : If you don't have one, consider buying a self-cleaning oven. They use less energy for normal cooking because of higher insulation levels. They also save on your rubber glove and cleanser purchases! However, if you use the self-cleaning feature more than once a month, you'll end up using more energy than you saved. When you clean the oven, do it right after cooking to take advantage of residual heat.

The low-cal diet

Put simply, low calorie diet is based on the fact that if you plan to get rid of some fat, it is essential to consume fewer calories than your body normally needs.

So what is a calorie?
The calorie is the unit used for measuring the amount of energy in food. The 'calorie' is the the amount of energy required to raise the temperature of one gram of water by one degree celsius. If a food has higher calories, then it will turn into more energy when it is eaten.

Low-cal food types include lettuce, tomatoes, melon, steak and burger based meals, and low-fat cheese.

Ingredients And Procedures

4 tb Peanut butter

3 tb Brewed tea

2 tb Chili oil

3 tb Light soy sauce

3 tb Red wine vinegar

2 ts Sugar

2 tb Garlic, chopped

4 tb Vegetable oil

Mix well and serve. (Heat the vinegar a little to disolve the sugar) NOTE: You can substitute 2 Tbsp. of sesame oil and 1 tsp. Chili paste for the Chili and vegetable oil. For less "base" taste, replace the 3 Tbsp. light soy sauce with 1 Tbsp. regular soy sauce.
