Weight loss
The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a weight loss system started by Florida-based cardiologist arthur agatston which stresses the consumption of "good carbs" instead of "bad carbohydrates" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Doctor agatston invented his weight loss regime for people who have cardiac problems, as a consequence of his detailed analysis of scientific studies on other weight loss studies.
Approved foods include, broiled ham, chicken breast, oysters, ricotta cheese, pistachio nuts, lowfat milk and some vegatables, like kidney beans, collard greens and turnips.
