Beef tips

Beef is far more prominent in the Usa than anyplace else in the world. If one were to keep a record of the meals containing beef eaten in the world, you would find that the Usa is responsible for not quite 25% of the beef.

You are best buying from a proper butcher instead of a generic food store. A specialised butcher should really serve a wider range of beef cuts than the self-service store, he will be more proud of the quality of his meat, is more likely to have stored it properly, and he will be able to help you with advice on cooking procedures.

Cooking safety

Don't cook if you're affected by alcohol or prescription drugs.
Don't dry clothes in the microwave.
