1/4teaspoonred pepper flakes
1/4teaspoonpepper
15oztomato sauce
1eachonion, sliced

Directions:

Flour meat, blend remaining ingredients, except onion. Put meat in crockpot, top with sliced onion, pour on sauce. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours.
