Living and raw foods also have enormously higher nutrient values than the foods that have been cooked.

The glycaemic index diet is reliant on the gi (or glycaemic index), a list of types of food and a score representing the ease with which the carbohydrates in the food gets changed to sugar in your body. The theory is that slow release foods (ie those with a low Gi score), keep you feeling full longer and help you to injest less food without feeling you are missing out.
It's also extremely efficient for people with diabetes, as the low GI food types are helpful in preventing surges in glucose amount.

4eachchicken breasts, boneless, skinless
12ozmushrooms, fresh
1eachcream of mushroom soup, can
1eachcream of chicken soup, can
1eachfrench onion soup, can
1celery, chopped
1baby corn

Directions:

Cut chicken breasts into stew size chunks, and saute while washing and cutting mushrooms in half. Then simply add all ingredients to chicken and simmer about 1 hour. You can also do this in a crockpot and simmer all day until dinner. Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
