2cupyogurt, frozen, vanilla, fat free
1/2cupmilk, skim, fat free
1/4teaspoonmint, extract, optional
4eachoreo, cookies, coarsely broken

Directions:

Place yogurt, milk and mint extract in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add oreos and blend for 5 seconds.

Yields about 2/3 cup per serving.
