The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet invented by Dr. arthur agatston which encourages that one should consume "good carbohydrates" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Dr. agatston invented this diet as an aid to patients with heart conditions, based on his detailed analysis of scientific studies on other weight loss systems.
Good foods include, lean beef, skinless poultry, clams, ricotta cheese, peanuts, lowfat milk and certain vegetables, like chickpeas, cabbage and spinach.

2 c Powdered sugar

2 c Graham cracker crumbs

1 c Smooth peanut butter

1/2 c +2 Tbsp butter or margarine

- melted 12 oz Milk chocolate or semisweet

- chocolate chips, melted Have ready a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Mix the powdered sugar, cracker crumbs, peanut butter and butter in a medium size bowl until blended. Scrape into an ungreased baking pan and press into an even layer. spread the melted chocolate over the top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until the chocolate is firm. Let stand at room temperature, 15 to 20 minutes before cutting with a sharp knife into bars.
