Weight loss
The South Beach Diet
The South Beach diet is a diet invented by Florida-based cardiologist arthur agatston which stresses that dieters should eat "good carbs" instead of "bad carbs" and "good fats" instead of "bad fats"
Doctor agatston invented his nutritional system as an aid to patients with heart conditions, based on his analysis of scientific data completed on other weight loss regimes.
Good foods include, lean cuts of beef, chicken breast, shrimp, cottage cheese, peanuts, nonfat yoghurt and some vegatables, such as black beans, lettuce and sprouts.
