Losing weight
The Glycaemic Index Diet
The glycaemic index weight loss regime is reliant on the gi index, a list of foods and a score illustrating the rapidity with which the glucose and energy in the food gets transformed to glucose in your blood stream. The claim is that slow acting types of food (ie those with a low Glycaemic index score), keep you feeling full longer and help to take in fewer food without feeling you are always hungry.
It's also extremely efficient for people with diabetes, as the low GI food types are useful in controlling increases in blood sugar amount.
