The low calorie diet

In short, the low calorie diet is based on the fact that if you plan to lose weight, it is essential to injest less calories than you use.

So what is a calorie?
A calorie is a unit of measurement for energy. A 'calorie' is the the energy required to increase the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 degree centigrade at normal atmospheric pressure. If a meal has more calories, then it will provide your body with more energy when it is converted.

Examples of low calorie foods include bok choy, tomato, watermelon, burgers and steaks, and low-fat cheese.

3 3/4teaspoonbaking powder
2 1/4teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonhoney
12ozbeer

Directions:

Grease 9x5x3 inches loaf pan. Combine ingredients in large bowl, stir together until well mixed. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until browned and a wooden pick comes out clean. Turn out on rack. Cool before slicing.
