Weight loss

The low calorie diet

As most people know, a low calorie weight loss regime is based on the fact that if you intend to reduce weight, it is essential to eat less calories than you need.

Definition of a calorie?
A calorie is a unit of measurement for energy. A 'calorie' is the amount of heat required to raise 1 kilogram of water 1 degree centigrade. If your meal has higher calories, then it will provide your body with more energy when it is converted.

Low-cal food types include green beans, green peppers, apricots, meals containing beef, and skimmed milk.
