Consider using a thermostatically controlled deep fat fryer.
Don't ever leave the deep fat frying pan unattended.

My Recipe File

I have always loved coming up with great recipe ideas for my family and friends - it gives me a nice warm feeling inside that I can't really explain.

I hate serving up the same boring old meals week-in-week-out, and so I try to experiment with exotic recipes from all over the world. When I find a great recipe idea that my family love it goes straight into my recipe database and gets used again (eventually)

I know I am not alone in feeling, and cooking, this way, so I decided to put all of my personal recipe collection on-line so that others can try them as well.

Please note - I have not tried cooking all of them (how could I, there are thousands!), but most of them come from the public domian, people I know and friends on the old usenet news groups.

If you have favorite recipes of you own that you want to share, please send them to me and I will add them to the collection.
